Our monthly plan allows anyone with a modest budget to get a high quality website without a large investment, with the added benefit of unlimited edits included at no extra cost. Our lump sum plan costs more up front but less over the long term. It takes 20 months (1 year and 8 months) for our monthly plan to equal the cost of our lump sum plan.

By "edits", we mean minor modifications to your existing website. For example, if you need to update your business hours, fix a broken link, or add a photo of a new product, those would be covered at no extra cost.

If you need an addition to your website, for example a new page describing a new service you are offering, we would give you a quote and confirm your approval before making the change and charging you. Generally new pages cost $150; more complex additions may cost more.

Our monthly plan requires a 12 month minimum contract. After that, the plan continues month to month unless you tell us you would like to stop or you stop making payments. If you cancel, you do not keep the website (but you do keep the domain, if you choose to setup another website). Our lump sum plan does not have a minimum contract, but you must pay $25 per month for hosting to keep your website online.

If you cancel after your 12 month minimum contract expires, then decide you want your website back, you can sign a new 12 month contract.

Yes, for an additional $50 per month, we can add unlimited edits to a lump sum plan. On top of the required $25 per month for hosting, that brings the ongoing cost to $75 per month. If you opt for this, we require a 12 month contract; you cannot pay $50 one month at a time as needed. If you want to minimize ongoing costs, we are happy to quote you for modifications and additions as you need them.

The tradeoff to our process of hand coding lightning fast static websites is that you have to know how to code to edit them. So generally, clients cannot edit their own websites.

However, for an additional $50 per month, we can make a portion of your website editable by setting up a Content Management System (CMS). For example, if you want to post to a blog, or post events you are organizing, you could do that with our CMS setup. We use Sveltia CMS to make a part of your website editable while keeping the website static. Sveltia CMS offers the ease of use of other CMSes like WordPress or Drupal without slowing down your website, exposing you to security risks, or letting you break your own website (oops!).

Our ordinary price for adding a page after your website is complete is $150. Our blog plan costs $50 per month. So if you intend to post to your blog more often than once every 3 months, the blog plan is more cost effective.

Payments are made via automated clearing house (ACH) transactions, which avoids the processing fees of payment processors like Stripe and PayPal. We charge automatically on the first day of the month. We require your business bank acount and routing number when signing your contract to initiate ACH payments.
